gave us a challenge in her last email and I’ve taken it up so here is my Meal & Exercise
schedule including times for this week.
I’ve used
a spreadsheet template that a fellow 12wbt’er put on their blog, it truly is
amazing. Sorry about the image, wasn't sure how best to put it up.
I have to admit that I am really throwing myself into this round. I'm putting so much time into getting myself ready and planning. I think on some unconscious level I am very ready for this transformation.
Can't wait for tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteAlso - I couldn't help but notice that all your days have under 1200 calories..... are leaving room for a little extra here and there? I just always worry about the starvation mode thing when I go under my calories. My body is terrified of starvation (because I used to live in a consant state of self induced starvation)not sure if my blog link will come up but my very new (1st timer) is at

Yes, I leave a little each day so that if I really need something else I know I can fit something else in.
